As you know by now I am constantly looking for Nightshade Free or Potato Free recipes. If you love fries and you love curry this one is for you. It is quick simple and tasty. The best thing is that sweet potatoes are 100% guilt free as they are the worlds number one vegetable! Just think of it, “tasty and healthy.”
These are so good you can serve them for dessert! They are great for football snacks.
Heres how:
- 1 or 2 Sweet Potatoes cut into strips (however you like your fries)
- Salt preferable a rough salt such as sea-salt
- Curry powder
Crank the oven up to 425, place a sheet of aluminum foil on a cookie sheet, spray with your favorite non-stick stuff.
After you spray the foil down, spread out your fries, spray them down with non-stick spray, then sprinkle your salt and curry power to suit your taste. Remember, its the red pepper in the curry powder that gives the heat.
Let cook for 30 minutes. You will need to turn them once during that time. (thin cut will cook faster)

Around 30 I developed arthritis as a result of a vaccination that was required for my employment. I’d always (I thought) eaten pretty well and tried everything in my arsenal to combat the arthritis.
